How to make easy vegan apple oatmeal muffins
This is one of the easiest recipes you can make. You will need a blender (a high speed blender is ideal) or a food processor. You will also need a grater so that you can grate your apple. Once your apples are peeled and grated, and you have removed the pits from your dates, pour all the ingredients into your blender. A quick whiz until everything gets blended up, and then pour batter into muffin cups and bake.

Can I replace flaxseed with some other ingredient – if so, please suggest some alternatives. Thank you.
Hi Althea – You can use the same amount of ground chia seeds. Otherwise, if keeping these muffins vegan is not important to you, replace the flax seeds and the water with 2 large eggs. Enjoy! xoxo Helen & Billie
That’s so helpful, thank you. As I’m not vegan I will replace the flaxseed with eggs as you suggest.
