Ingredients

  • 3 pitas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the olive oil with the seasonings and whisk well until combined.
3 pitas, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp oregano, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
  • Preheat oven to 325 °F
  • Use a pastry brush to spread the oil mixture over the pitas, on both sides.
  • Use a serrated knife to cut the pita into wedges. Place the pita wedges on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the middle rack of your oven for about 5 minutes. Flip them over and back again for another 5 minutes. Your pita wedges are ready when they are slightly brown, and crispy.
