- 4 tomatoes, medium
- 2 small Lebanese cucumbers or 1 large English cucumber
- ¼ cup slivered red onion
For the dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp dry Greek oregano
- ½ tsp salt
Wash your tomatoes and your cucumber. Cut your tomato into wedges and your cucumber into rounds or half rounds. Cut your red onion into slivers. Combine everything in a bowl or a shallow dish.
4 tomatoes, medium, 2 small Lebanese cucumbers, ¼ cup slivered red onion
Pour your olive oil and vinegar into the bowl. Season with the oregano and salt and toss everything well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
