  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Greek oregano, dry
  • 1 Garlic clove finely minced
  • ½ tsp Mustard Yellow or Dijon
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Alternatively you can combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well until combined.
  • Serve this amazing Greek salad dressing over a variety of salads and vegetables.
