Add the pasta, the salt, pepper and cinnamon. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until the pasta is cooked well and the sauce has thickened (about 10-15 minutes). The longer it cooks, the thicker it will get. Don’t forget to stir, to avoid having the pasta sticking to the bottom of the pot.
