A delicious Greek lamb sandwich full of Mediterranean flavours

16 inch baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
2 - 3tomato slices
4 - 6slivers of red onion
2 jarred pepperoncini peppers, sliced into rounds
In a small bowl combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano and then combine this mixture with the arugula. Toss to combine well.
Warm up the lamb in the oven or the microwave, being careful not to over heat it (you don't want it to dry out).
Begin to assemble your sandwich. We do it in the following manner:Spread the tzatziki onto one of the baguette slices. Top with the lamb, then add the tomato, red onion, crumbled feta, pepperoncini peppers and the arugula salad.
