Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Spray or grease with a bit of olive oil the bottom of your baking dish.
Place your feta in the baking dish.
Greek feta, cut into a square about 1/2 inch thick and 3 1/2 inches on each side
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
1/2 tbsp red onion, chopped, 1 ½ tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes, packed, 2 tbsp coarsely chopped olives, 1 teaspoon capers, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon olive oil
Pour mixture over the feta.
Bake, uncovered, for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve immediately..
