Equipment

  • very small baking dish

Ingredients

  • Greek feta, cut into a square about 1/2 inch thick and 3 1/2 inches on each side
  • 1/2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes, packed
  • 2 tbsp coarsely chopped olives
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Spray or grease with a bit of olive oil the bottom of your baking dish.
  • Place your feta in the baking dish.
    Greek feta, cut into a square about 1/2 inch thick and 3 1/2 inches on each side
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
    1/2 tbsp red onion, chopped, 1 ½ tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes, packed, 2 tbsp coarsely chopped olives, 1 teaspoon capers, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Pour mixture over the feta.
  • Bake, uncovered, for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately..
  • Enjoy!
