Easy guacamole

- 1½ avocados, medium or 1 large
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro see notes below
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- ½ tsp finely chopped jalapeno
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
In a medium size bowl mash your avocado using an avocado masher or the back of a fork. You can choose to keep your avocado a little chunky if you prefer.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!

Note: Nutritional values are for the total amount of guacamole.
If you don't care for cilantro, substitute for equal amounts of chopped fresh parsley.
