Tomato and feta toast

- 2 slices thick country bread cut into 1 inch thick slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium size tomato sliced into rounds
- 2 - 4 pieces feta
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
If time permits, and if this is your preference, toast your 2 slices thick country bread. This is optional, as un-toasted bread will be just as delicious.

Drizzle your bread with 1 tbsp olive oil. Top with slices of tomato. Top the tomato with slabs of feta. Top that with some dried Greek oregano and some more olive oil.
1 tbsp olive oil, 1 medium size tomato, 2 - 4 pieces feta, 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
Enjoy!
Add as much or as little feta as you like for each tomato and feta toast. I like to add 2 rectangular sized pieces per slice.
