Easy Roasted Potatoes

 Talk about versatility! Whether mashed, fried, roasted or boiled, potatoes are everyone’s favourite – unless you hate potatoes in which case don’t waste your time here – hop on over to this page.

Wash your potatoes. Cut into chunks. Boil potatoes in a pot with cold water and salt. Drain and air dry.

Step 1

Transfer to a roasting pan. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix carefully. Add the garlic and the fresh rosemary. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Step 2

Serve with a sprinkling of parsley if you’d like, and some additional salt and/or pepper to taste.

Step 3

- For this recipe we don't peel our potatoes. - If you don’t have fresh rosemary, you can substitute with fresh thyme.
